What tripod should I get?

There are so many tripods to pick from! I am not new to photography but i am just getting some new equipment and i was wondering what kind of tripod is both fairly priced and well built. id like a tripod for under 200 dollars Canadian and to have a bubble level, legs that can go almost flat(angled) and to be heavy enough to hold my Canon T1i with a sigma 18-200mm lens. All in all it weights about 1000 grams. I have a cheap, light tripod that falls over when i put the camera on and blew away so it is definitely time for a change. Thanks!

Best thing to do, is go into a camera store, It MUST be a camera store, with your camera and test out the tripods, a camera store will let you test them out, unlike a huge chain store type thing, and get the heaviest one you can comfortably carry.
